This policy is in place to ensure we maintain a peaceful environment and avoid any potential complaints from neighbors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $2000 fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ Any noise related complaints will be taken very seriously and parties will be fined at $2000 and an immediate termination of the contract.
