This is to cover for any damages or add - on charges that you may incur during your stay -Casa Ferta is a Pet-friendly establishment with a pet fee of PHP500/pet/night -Gas is available with a minimal charge of PHP500 -complimentary use of karaoke in function areas from 12noon-12mn. Beyond the given time, Rooftop karaoke room is available for rent with a fee of PHP500/2 hours and PHP200 for the succeeding hours. -Clean Towels are available for PHP100 each -Jacuzzi use is complimentary for the 1st hour and PHP500 for the succeeding hours. -Extra person charge is half rate for 7-11 years old and full rate for 12 years old and above. -0-6 years old is free or charge.
