The master bedroom has a King bed, 2nd bedroom Queen bed, 3rd bedroom 2 twin beds, and the 4th bedroom is a large upper private floor with a Queen bed and a trundle bed that sleeps 2. A portable crib, toddler bed are provided. The house sleeps 10 people in beds. Amenities include two bathrooms, laundry room, a nice open kitchen with a separate dining room and wet bar. A sitting/reading area overlooks the lake. The family room has a flat screen TV, there is WIFI & prem. cable. The garage has an extra refrigerator/freezer and has room for parking 2 cars and storing bikes and toys. A beautiful walk out patio with lots of outdoor furniture is perfect for sitting, dining, or laying in the sun. The location of this home is perfect, with no stairs to the beach! Beautiful sunsets await you. Enjoy great views of the Grand Haven pier right from the patio, or a bonfire on the beach in the evenings. This truly is a 'Prime Location'! One week minimum between Memorial to Labor Day weekends. No pets, No weddings. The lessee must be 30 years or older. Occupants can be under 30 years old, but lessee must be 30 years old and provide a photo ID.
