The space OUR HOME - Terrace: two wooden tables, chairs and a hammock. - Living room: two sofas and a TV. - Kitchen: stove, fridge, vertical freezer and all basic items. - Dining Room: a table for 8 people. - ground floor bathroom - Bedroom 1 (ground floor): fan and single bed (one extra mattress). - Bedroom 2 - suite (1st floor): double bed, air conditioning, balcony access and reversible bathroom, television. - Bedroom 3 (1st floor): single bed with bicama and conditioned air. - Bedroom 4 (1st floor): double bed, single bed, bicama and air conditioning. Bedroom 5 (1st floor): double bed, single bed and extra mattress (double and single), television. - Reversible upper bathroom. - Vacation for 1 car Guest access You can use the entire area of the house as well as a garage for a car. Lawn next to the house with table and barbecue belongs to the house and can be used by guests respecting the quiet and quiet environment of the condominium. Other things to note RULES OF COEXISTENCE - Use of the pool (condominium): Tuesday to Sunday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. On Mondays, the pools do not work, as it is the day for maintenance and cleaning. - Use of the common area and barbecue grill: The use of the barbecue grill by the tenants is free. The tenant is not allowed to use the ballroom to promote any events. - Pet friendly: Pets are welcome in our house, but we can only receive up to two small or medium-sized pets, large animals are allowed if they behave docilely and do not pose a threat to the tenants. - Energy charge: At check-in and check-out, we record the meter and calculate the amount used, payment must be made immediately (at check-out). - Check-in and check-out times: 2 p.m. (check-in) and 12 p.m. (check-out). Note: This time can be made more flexible if it does not impact another reservation and with the consent of the host. - Guest profile: Our house is, first of all, a family environment, a haven for rest and contact with the cold climate of the mountains.
