With the morning sun and an absolutely unobstructed view from the large balcony, try starting the day with a nice breakfast out there on the bench, or if you prefer, read a good book, with your feet up, in the hammock... To do everything on foot: In addition to the leisure of the beach, just an 8-minute walk away, the neighborhood is brimming with shops: shopping at Extra (2 min) and Hortifruti (4 min). There is the Office Café on the corner, with a varied and quality menu (including lighter options), for lunch, there is the food from Minas Gerais at Estação do Sabor (4 min) or Pelicano, a restaurant in a good hotel nearby, open to the general public (my suggestion is the shrimp risotto there). For snacks and nightlife, there are some hamburger places within a 4-minute walk (the most famous is Sem Frescura, which is very trendy. But there is Viana almost in front, with great hamburgers too). Another thing we love is putting on our sneakers in the late afternoon and taking a run or a walk along the waterfront: it's worth it! IMPORTANT: It should be noted that in the apartment there is a camera that is permanently directed and focused on the entrance door, configured WITHOUT audio capture.
