Welcome to the cottage! 15 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe, in the heart of the Parcéenne countryside, we offer our cozy cottage, in a green setting where you will enjoy the surrounding calm conducive to relaxation. Accommodating up to 3 people, you will find all the comforts of home. The space In the bedroom area, you will have a 140 x 190 cm bed, while in the living room, you will find a sofa bed with 90 x 190 cm bedding (mattress topper for optimal comfort). Linens: Sheets, pillowcases, hand towels and dishes as well as bath mat are provided. Optional towels: 1 bath sheet + 1 towel €3/person/stay Kitchenette: Top refrigerator with freezer compartment, rotating heat oven, microwave, 2-zone induction cooktop, toaster, Krups Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, Nutrifresh Prep 6-in-1 multifunction cups Necessities available: Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee capsules, toothpicks, dishwashing liquid, sponge, Detoll washing gel vending machine, stretch wrap Cleaning products, garbage bags, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, electric insect trap, fans Shower gel, toilet paper rolls, hair dryer, straightener, first aid kit On request, iron and ironing board. A dedicated parking space for your vehicle is located right at the entrance to the cottage plot. On sunny days, enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy... barbecue (charcoal not included), picnic table, parasol, deckchairs, hammock, Molkky game, badminton and beach ball set. On request, we provide you with our petanque court (balls provided). The relaxation area, on the terrace of the cottage, will be perfect for a reading break to the sound of birdsong. To entertain you, inside you will find card games and some board games as well as a TV with Orange TV for the happiness of young and old alike. In order to live your experience at the cottage as in the mountains, for your winter evenings, we lend you raclette and fondue equipment according to your wishes. As part of a business trip, you will appreciate the comfort of fiber optics, the ease of parking and the tranquility of the site. For toddlers, we provide on request: baby bed with mattress, toilet seat reducer, changing mat, high chair, bath seat. Finally, to meet your needs, we will strive to be as available and responsive as possible to make your stay pleasant. We live on the plot next to the cottage but the latter is totally independent without any overlooking. Pets and festive evenings are not allowed. The interior of the chalet is non-smoking. A sheltered terrace with a furnished area is available for smoking. On the sightseeing side, nearby, you can easily reach the small city of character, Parcé-sur-Sarthe (4 km). You will walk the cobbled streets conducive to strolling and can continue your walk along the banks of the Sarthe, which are ideal for picnics.
