(Parent signature is required) Best location of Caldas Novas The space The apartment has 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 extra double mattress, 1 extra single mattress, 1 hairdryer, 1 2-burner gas stove, 1 microwave, 1 sandwich maker, 1 minibar, 2 air conditioners (in the living room and bedroom), 1 sofa bed, 1 LED TV, 1 clothesline and some basic kitchen utensils that must all be returned CLEAN. R$ 200.00 fine if you leave the dishes dirty. ⚠️ BRING SINK SPONGE AND DETERGENT. ***Only SMALL pets, with an additional fee paid to the hotel of approximately R$ 99.90 per day and per pet to stay in the apartment, or approximately R$ 69.90 per day and per pet to stay in the hotel's pet care. (Please note that this amount may change without prior notice) Guests have access only to the premises of Riviera Thermas Park, the other parks of the Privé network are not included, but there is a discount if they want to purchase the Day-User (day ticket). Children unaccompanied by their parents must present an authorization duly signed by the parents, and recognized in a notary's office or through the government password. Electric barbecue grills are prohibited. PARKING is COMPLIMENTARY BUT subject to vacancies. IT IS ROTATING and has limited vacancies, so in high season avoid taking the car out after parking it post-check-in to avoid losing the vacancy. It should be noted that there is all kinds of structure of bars, restaurants, pharmacies, fairs, water parks, playground, train, shops and the center next to the hotel, which can be easily reached on foot. Guest access The guest has access to the apartment and the hotel's water park 24 hours a day. Other things to note The apartment does not have BED LINEN AND TOWELS, bring them (including DISH CLOTH, AND BATH MAT), or request a quote. Notes: - Wash the dishes before check-out (if you do not wash: fine of R$ 200.00) - 24-hour swimming pools. - We accept pets with an additional amount paid to Riviera per day. - Pet daycare within the development, paid to Riviera per day. - Check-in after 2 p.m. - Check-out 11 a.m. (with the tolerance of leaving no later than 11:30 a.m.). - If you arrive before 2 p.m., you can stay at the water park until the apartment is available. - IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO DOWN TO THE WATER PARK WITH FOOD AND DRINKS FROM THE APARTMENT.
