Welcome to our cozy home in the heart of Priocca. The room with private bathroom is located on the third floor of this rustic villa, accessible through an independent area, with private parking, a lounge, and a shared outdoor space. In the house, you will find either me or my mom Alessandra, to provide you with any assistance, recommendations on local experiences or venues, wineries, natural spots to relax, or restaurants. We'll enjoy drinking wine together and making you feel right at home. The space The room is located on the third floor of the house, accessible by stairs and with an independent entrance. Inside, there is a private bathroom with a shower and bathroom amenities, a Smart TV, a window with a view of the town center, and a workstation for working/studying. The house has a very large private courtyard and a garden, all outdoor areas are freely accessible to guests. Guest access Guests will be provided with keys to access the house, have an independent entrance to the room, courtyard, and garden. During your stay The house is shared with either me or my mom Alessandra, both very hospitable and unintrusive. We'll be delighted to meet you, offer assistance, share our experiences, and make you feel at home!
