Quiet and peaceful idyll on its own headland with magical nature around the house. Swim in the lake or the hot tub, relax in the wood-fired sauna or take a ride with the floating dock. Soak up the sun from morning to evening or the cooling shade among the trees on this private headland. Discover the lake's many islands and coves by kayak or fish with the rowboat. Barbecue and larger dining area outdoors as well as several different seating areas. Perfect for families and larger groups. The houses are suitable for 12 people, but there is sleeping space for 18 people. The space House 1 Charming older house with large glass sections facing the lake. Kitchen with dishwasher and dining area as well as living room with sofa bed for one person. Two bedrooms, one with a smaller double bed and one with a bunk bed. Bathroom with shower. House 2 The larger guest house is newly built one, surrounded by nature. It has an open floor plan with a smaller kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a living room that includes a large sofa bed for three people. There is one bedroom with a smaller double bed and a sleeping loft with room for four people in two double beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The sleeping loft is reached by an extendable loft staircase with handrails on one side. House 3 The smaller guest house, overlooking the lake and relaxation facility, is also newly built and has a bedroom with a smaller double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people and a toilet. Floor plans according to drawings. The plot is adjacent to Fuxbouddens nature reserve with three different hiking trails where ski trails are arranged at sufficient snow depth. Nearby is also Bergslagsleden and other hiking trails including many nice MTB trails. For those of you who like to fish, a fishing license for Våtsjön and the natural waters around Villingsberg and Karlsdal is included (not crayfish and net fishing). In Våtsjön, trout and rainbow trout are planted. There are also several lakes with game fishing nearby that require a separate fishing license. More info is available at kfisk. Guest access All three houses, sauna and hot tub. Two docks + one electric floating dock. Seven patios/seating areas and hammocks mean there is a place for every occasion. Three kayaks, one double + one SUP + rowing boat + Optimist dinghy. Trisail dinghy is available for use for an extra fee. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included. Guest is responsible for cleaning, bringing garbage and resetting in the condition it was in upon arrival. Wood for use of the sauna is available and should be refilled after use from the woodshed. The water comes from its own well with a filter facility. Approved sampling 2025.
