There is a neighborhood swimming pool (open seasonally) and tennis courts. It's 15-20min away from Ballantyne, South Park, CLT Uptown, 5min away from Carowinds The space The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a couch. The bedroom has a smart tv and the living room has Amazon fire tv. I also have a pack n play for your little one. I can supply with more baby/toddler stuff upon request (such as umbrella stroller, little chair with the tray, life vest and etc). There is a shower and a double sink. Guest access Guests can have a full access to the apartment and everything in it. Other things to note Please note that THIS IS NOT A FANCY BUILDING but it’s very QUIET and it’s located in a very good neighborhood. The apartment is located in a large building with multiple units. Please note that while we strive to maintain a pleasant environment, we cannot control or be held responsible for any noise or smoking by other residents or guests outside of the building. Additionally, we are not responsible for the cleanliness of common areas such as the foyer and elevators; our responsibility extends only to the cleanliness and condition of our unit.
