La Firmière – Master House – Family and Friends

La Firmière includes a large 200 m2 manor house and its farmhouse, on 7 hectares of property, surrounded by horses. The house on 3 levels, bathed in greenery and away from the roads, was completely renovated in 2022, combining modernity and original elements with a cozy touch. There are two gardens, one on each side of the house, offering double exposure morning and evening, both with their own relaxation area and equipped with barbecues. Private parking The space The house, with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 adults, consists of an entrance on the ground floor, serving a large fully equipped 20 m2 kitchen, toilets, a large 30 m2 dining room and a 30 m2 cathedral living room. On the first floor you will find a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the second floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed. The bedrooms have plenty of storage. Linens and towels are provided. The end of stay cleaning is charged as an option €60 The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle as well as a five-burner gas hob. There is salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, spices, tea and coffee, paper towels... The house has unlimited Wi-Fi access and central heating. Pets are allowed, one of the two gardens is fenced, please let us know if you are coming with your companions. The first shops are in Chambois 4 km away, you will find: a pharmacy, a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacco bar and 2 flea markets. The big city of the region, Argentan, 16 km away, you will find all the shops of a big city: Shopping center, shops of all kinds, gas station, cinema, fast food, restaurants, large brands and train station. The first beaches are 80 km from the house if you want to spend a day at the beach, the round trip is feasible during the day. In the area you will find equestrian centers, children's amusement parks, many flea markets, markets and local suppliers. Check-in at La Firmière is between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. and check-out is between 10 a.m. and noon for weekly rentals. For weekends (Saturday, Sunday) check-in is between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. and check-out is between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
