Tucked in the corner of the second floor of a two-story building, this charming flatlet perfectly blends modern comfort and convenient urban living. Step into a beautifully furnished space designed for relaxation and practicality. The flatlet is furnished comfortably with a double bed with a plush sofa. Enjoy preparing meals in the kitchenette, complete with modern appliances, and a dining area for two with your private courtyard. You are a 5-minute walk away from DHL Stadium to enjoy world-class sporting events; Cricket, Rugby, Football, etc., and Green Point Park. The V&A waterfront is only a short 5-minute drive away. Please NOTE – access to this flatlet requires climbing a flight of stairs. Accessing the unit: You will find the keys in the lock box next to the unit entrance. Enter the provided code on the lock box combination to access the unit. Be sure to keep the keys secure during your stay and return at the time of your departure. You may check in after 3PM on your arrival date and check out by 10 AM on your departure date. We can often accommodate earlier check-in times AND later check-out times as long as we don’t have another party checking in/out on the same day. If you plan on arriving in town before 3pm, or would like to depart later than 10am, just let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. Our linen supplier requires that all linens be returned for laundering after 7 days, so housekeeping will come in to change the linens. Please note that there will be an additional charge of ZAR460.00 VAT inclusive for this service. Mid stay cleans will be scheduled with guests upon check-in. If you require a full clean that will be R690 VAT inclusive which will include a linen change and clean.
