Beachfront house on the sand in Arraial

The little house offers a simple, cozy and good energy environment. Bedroom with neon lighting, large living room integrated with the kitchen, equipped with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, omelet maker and utensils to prepare snacks and meals. The backyard is perfect for parking, having a barbecue, or lighting a campfire. The upper floor is still in the finalization phase, but this does not interfere with the accommodation, which is only on the ground floor, fully completed and functional. Pets are very welcome! Other things to note Our beach is in front of the house, with kiosks, walks and a turquoise sea. On the other side we have the lagoon beach, with hammocks in the water, walks and trails. Smoking is prohibited inside the room (only allowed in outdoor areas). We ask that the trash be collected and placed at the gate. Pets are welcome, but you must collect their feces and reimburse any damages. ⚠️ Attention: During peak season periods, the Lagos Region may have temporary power outages, which is beyond our control.
