Enjoy our large cozy cottage on the lake nestled just a few miles from downtown Inverness, Rails to Trails, Lake Tsala Apopka, Potts Preserve, and the Withlacoochee River. Fish, boat, kayak, hike, bike, or just relax and enjoy our view! Fish from our dock or bring your boat to explore our lakes, rivers, or the gulf. Hike Potts Preserve. Enjoy a walk or bike on Rails to Trails. Kayak up Gum Slough. Enjoy all our little piece of paradise has to offer. The space Our cottage is located on a lake in a quiet friendly neighborhood. You have the use of a private dock and you may park your boat on this property. Guest access Our cottage sets on 1/2 acre on a lake that connects to the main lakes in Inverness. There is a dock and boat parking for your use. The north 2/3 of the property is for your exclusive use which includes a dock, a large fire pit, large deck, and an outside grill. There is a RV hookup available on the south 1/3 of this property with a picnic and small fire pit area. Please be respectful to our neighbors. Loud music, loud noises, and loud parties are prohibited. If you do not respect this rule you will forfeit your stay and will not receive a refund. The use of this facility for parties, events, or meetings is expressly prohibited unless pre-approved by the Host. We have abundant wildlife including snakes and alligators. Please use caution especially when accessing the dock and lake. The water in our cottage is supplied by a well and is treated through a water softener.
