Dog friendly (25 lbs. and under). The space Welcome to Low Tide, the downstairs retreat at Little Latitude, an oceanfront escape on the quiet shores of Bethune Beach in New Smyrna Beach. Designed for couples, small families, friends, or remote workers, this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath retreat offers a private entrance, comfortable living spaces, and easy access to one of New Smyrna Beach's most peaceful stretches of coastline. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with colorful coastal décor, a comfortable leather loveseat, Smart TV, and dining table for four. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, and a Ninja Foodi Smart appliance that functions as an indoor grill, air fryer, roaster, baker, and broiler—perfect for preparing everything from breakfast to dinner. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed, 55-inch Smart TV, and direct access to the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The second bedroom includes a Full-over-Futon bunk bed, a 55-inch Smart TV, and a small desk, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for children or additional guests. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the bedrooms. Step outside and enjoy the relaxed outdoor lifestyle. The covered patio features comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails, while the shared BBQ grill, picnic table, and fire pit create the perfect setting for outdoor meals and evenings under the stars. The beach is just steps away, making it easy to spend your days swimming, shelling, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. Located near Bethune Park, you'll also enjoy easy access to tennis courts, basketball, beach volleyball, a kayak launch, fishing dock, playground, and nearby opportunities for kayaking, paddleboarding, and manatee viewing along the Indian River. Traveling with a larger group? Low Tide can also be rented together with the upstairs retreat, High Tide, creating the full Little Latitude property with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Dogs 25 lbs. and under are welcome. Other things to note We kindly ask the primary guest be at least 25 years old to make a reservation. Additionally, we'll need a signed electronic rental agreement before your stay. Thanks for your understanding! Guest's are required to pay an additional pet fee to bring their furry friend!
