Seaside, stunning view, new beach sauna, driveway

NEW (SUMMER) BEACH SAUNA AND PERGOLA COMPLETED IN 2025. Two private beaches and 2 saunas, one with an easy-to-use electric sauna and the other with an atmospheric wood-burning sauna. Every window in the apartment has a sea view. There are 2 SUP boards, 4 bicycles, a rowboat and a canoe available on-site. On the large plot, you can play mölkky or frisbee golf. It's good to fish from your own dock! There is a free ferry to Bergö Island daily at about ½ hour intervals. The island has a shop and a hiking trail. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a dressing room, a toilet and shower, a large living room and a kitchen. Every window in the apartment has a sea view. The apartment has its own gas grill. Bring your own bed linen and towels. Electric sauna and washing machine available daily; located in the outbuilding, shared with the residents of the other apartments (own shifts) The house has a total of 18 beds. All three apartments are available for rent from the same landlord on Airbnb. The coastline on the large plot is over 200 meters. A variety of hobbies can be found for children and adults. The yard has large lawn areas. You can reach your own beach from several different places. In the outbuilding you will find an electric sauna, washing machine, hobby equipment, bicycles, paddleboards, rowing boat oars and a canoe. There is a shop on the island that is open Mon-Fri 8.30 am - 5.30 pm and Sat 8.30 am - 1.00 pm. -The Quadrangle Archipelago | UNESCO World Heritage, located right around the corner- Guest access In addition to the apartment, guests can access the sauna facilities, the storage room for the holiday apartments, and the bicycle shed at the end of the outbuilding (door on the left). Other things to note There are three different apartments in the house. If there are residents in more than one apartment, the residents of one apartment can use the sauna facilities for a maximum of three hours at a time. There are slight sounds coming from the mainland; it has not disturbed us or the guests. In winter, ICE FISHING and at other times other fishing is possible right from the cottage shore!
