Fishermans Flat

What a gem! We recently purchased this property and have been working hard to get it ready for our guests. We have been in the nightly rental business since 2003 and we know how to make our guests comfortable If you like to Fish, Kayak, Swim, Boat, or just need a relaxing few days you will love our place. We are located on the North side of Cypress Cove Marina about an easy 1 minute walk to the water. The space You will not need to go by Wal Mart and spend hundreds getting the supplies you will need for your stay. We furnish hand soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, zip lock bags, trash bags, aluminum foil, coffee, salt and pepper, and more. We basically furnish everything you will need except food. If you do need supplies it is 15 minutes to Wagoner or 20 minutes to Muskogee where you will find several major Stores and Restaurants. Our kitchen is completely furnished with silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pan, plates, dishes, and glasses. We have a Coffee Pot, Crock Pot, Instant Pot, and a Barbeque Grill but we do not furnish charcoal. We furnish all towels and linens. We do not have cable but we have high speed internet and 3 smart TVs that will allow you to stream your favorite shows. We have a 65” smart tv in the living room and a 32” smart tv in the 2 main bedrooms. We have games and toys for the kids and a pack n play for the baby. NOTE: The tub in the bathroom is large but it is NOT a Jacuzzi.The tub is tall and may be a problem for some guest to get in and out. The bedrooms are small but very comfortable. We have a king in the master, a Queen in the second bedroom, and a Full in the 3rd bedroom. Each bedroom has a brand new mattress as of July 2024. There is plenty of room behind the house to park a couple of boats with electric available if you need it. You can also rent kayaks at the Cypress Cove Marina and they have live music most weekends.
