MAIN BEDROOM: Our spacious master bedroom contains a king sized mattress that can be split into two single beds, a smart TV and plenty of storage space. SECOND BEDROOM: Our second bedroom contains a luxury double mattress with more than enough storage space for two guests. THIRD BEDROOM: Our third bedroom contains two luxury single beds with plenty of storage space. LIVING ROOM: There's no better place than our living area. Whether you're diving into a book, music, or simply kicking back to enjoy a movie after a fulfilling day, our living room is the perfect place to be. We have a 55 inch smart TV with all the apps you need to unwind. Use your own log ins to access apps as you would at home. Our living area also contains a dedicated work space for any business travellers. Games Room: Our property contains a large games room which contains a 6ft pool table which can be easily converted into a ping pong table and Dining Table for 6-8 Guests This room also contains a smart TV. Kitchen: Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. A built in hot tap, washing machine, oven, microwave and more! The kitchen also contains dining space with bar 6 stools. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS: We provide the convenience of a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, ideal for those on extended trips. Guests will receive a 15% discount for 1 week stays. Guests will receive a 25% discount for 1 month stays or more. PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover is also provided. GOOD TO KNOW: You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using self check in. BOOK NOW: We guarantee the property will be available for the dates you book, it will be sparkling clean with fresh linen, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and fresh linen/ towels for each guest. -No pets - Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you. - Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you). - Security Cameras are positioned on both the front and back of the property for safety purposes. This covers the extra laundry and housekeeping required to prepare it. ⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability, we can offer early arrivals or later departures at £20 per hour. Just let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange this with our housekeeping team. 👶 Family Pack – Travelling with children?
