Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea. Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy. Property does not have AC, but does have floor to ceiling windows to let in the ocean breeze! This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.
