With its walking distance to Carshalton station and Carshalton beeches station, you can get to Central London by train in 30 mins. Good public transport links with buses directly taking you to Heathrow airport and other areas of London. Conveniently located with many amenities nearby. M&S food/petrol station and Carshalton Pond is a short walk away. Many pubs ,shops and bus stops nearby. The space The property comes with a free allocated car space! This is a proper 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a peaceful sunny back garden in a very quiet and tucked away close. Downstairs: A spacious living/ dining room with an extendable dining table and a very comfortable sofa, perfectly situated to watch the brand new TV. A fully equipped kitchen with many appliances. A full bathroom with a new walking shower enclosure. The living room has French doors opening to the back garden! Chill out in the sun and use our outdoor dining set to have al fresco! Upstairs A family bathroom with a bathtub with shower . The master bedroom with a double bed and integrated clothes closet/storage. Chest of drawers and bedside table. The second bedroom with a nice desk and lamp and another TV ,perfect for working from home. Also it has a nice double bed with an antique bedside cabinet. Allocated Parking Space: the free allocated car space just outside of our house, the first parking bay at your right as you go into the close , facing the house. Please refer to one of the photos showing a black car parking on a space. ( that’s ours!) Other things to note Another single mattress/bed can be set up on the floor in the bigger bedroom.
