Incredibly charming houseboat docked in a private marina on Lake Anna.Embrace lake living with multiple levels of outdoor space with serene lake views.Enjoy a cold beverage on the rooftop and jump straight into the lake when it's time to cool off. Take a kayak ride to explore the beauty of Lake Anna, pull them right up to a restaurant for lunch or stay closeby on the private beach and throw dinner on the grill. Enjoy the sounds of the wildlife or bring your fishing poles to reel in some catfish! The space 42' houseboat with covered deck off kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee, as well as a back patio with access to rooftop lounge. The houseboat does stay docked but there are 2 kayaks available to get around the lake. Inside, you will find a full pullout couch bed, a kitchen with hotplate, microwave, full fridge, coffee maker and all the kitchen basics you will need to have a great stay. Bathroom with shower in the hall across from 2 cozy bunks. Full bed in private bedroom. Other things to note Wifi will be provided on the boat, along with a wireless speaker. Kitchen includes a hot plate, a microwave, a full fridge, coffee, and all the basics you will need. A charcoal grill and chiminea are provided on the grassy area near the dock. 2 Kayaks and life vests are available for use.
