1870 Gardeners Cottage situated in St Lawrence, close to Steephill Cove and other beaches and attractions. Gardens and deck with seating and fabulous views Fast fibre Sonos The space Traditional stone cottage but has been insulated and modernised with all new fittings and fixtures , underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs . Downstairs is open plan . The entrance is through the front porch , the front door leads straight into the lounge , dining and kitchen area . There is a back hall with coat cupboard , a downstairs toilet and a separate utility room with a washer /dryer and drying rack . The kitchen is well equipped with breakfast bar and two stools, fridge/ freezer , oven, microwave, dishwasher, boiling water tap, extractor and quartz working tops . The dining table has six chairs (a high chair without its own table is also available -reins needed) . The lounge has two comfy sofas and a small armchair , poof, ottoman table and smart tv and a small log burning stove in the fireplace. A few of the plugs around the house eg bedside and kitchen can take USB cables . Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower over, sink which has shaving socket in the cupboard below , toilet . There is a separate shower room with walk in shower and sink. The first bedroom has a zip link super-king size bed which can be made up as a twin on request , dressing table , mirror , bedside tables and chair , fitted wardrobe with shelving and hanging space. Sea view. The second bedroom has a king size bed , wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables with drawers. Please note -the fireplace is for decoration only. Sea view. The third bedroom has a single bed , fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. There are blinds with blackout lining in all bedrooms. Sheets are Egyptian cotton and towels and tea towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels . A travel cot can be provided on request Outside there is parking to the side of the property and a patio and sunny front garden just across the driveway.
