With two dining rooms, four bars, & two decks our home is thoughtfully designed for large family groups. We have many toys for kids and board games. The space We are on Main Street, which can be busy in the summer. The yard is fenced in for kids and pets, and we have worked hard to create a private space in the backyard. One bedroom has a king bed. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The last bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and twin on top. The other bunk bed is low to the ground and is two twin beds. There is a sleeper in the couch. New mattresses, couch, loveseat, recliner, appliances, floors, showers, sheets. Almost everything is new. The garage has pickleball and three sets of Cornhole. We provide lots of amenities - life jackets, helmets, paddles, camp chairs, pack and play, high chair, baby toys, kid carrier backpack, kid bikes, board games, beach towels, a cooler, and lots more. Our goal is for our guests to need to bring as little as possible. We have a Hurricane tandem kayak, two solo kayaks, a paddleboard, and a canoe available to use. We also have a tandem bike, four adult bikes, several small kid bikes, and a tow behind bike trailer for kids. The kitchen appliances are all new including a toaster, air fryer, ice cream maker, George Foreman, waffle maker, and large Keurig supplied with a coffee bar. Guest access The entire house, shed, yard, and garage except for the garage attic. Other things to note We stay here sometimes during the school year if the house is not rented out. We are so very grateful if someone rents from us, it pays the mortgage! Thanks! We do not want any parties or people making loud noises after 9 P.M. or making our neighbors upset. Pets are welcome, but must stay in a provided cage when people are not inside. The floors and most of the furniture is new.
