We go the extra mile to provide a very clean and comfortable home. Enjoy a relaxing vacation without annoying cleaning chores at the end of your stay. All guests are provided with breakfast supplies to make waffles, local maple syrup from our family farm, and Amish organic oatmeal. We have a huge heated pole barn play area. It has indoor pickleball, cornhole, and tons of other games. Above the pickleball court is our game room. We have 3 arcade games, pinball, a pool table, ping pong, and a 100 inch projector with classic DVDs for your movie going experience. Our special vintage video game area has different TVs with different vintage Sega, Playstation, Atari, and Nintendo games systems with games. Inside: One bedroom has a king bed. Two bedrooms have queen beds. The last bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on bottom and twin on top. The other bunk bed is low to the ground and is two twin beds. There is a sleeper in the couch. The game room also has a sleeping area with two extra cots and memory foam mattresses and special bedding. This is great for those who want to play video games and have a separate area to sleep or want more privacy. We are on Main Street, which can be busy in the summer. The yard is fenced in for kids and pets, and we have worked hard to create a private space in the backyard. This does make it super walkable to restaurants and the new park in town. We provide lots of amenities - life jackets, helmets, paddles, camp chairs, pack and play, high chair, baby toys, kid carrier backpack, kid bikes, board games, beach towels, a cooler, and lots more. Our goal is for our guests to need to bring as little as possible. We live here when our home isn't rented out, so expect we have what you would need. We have some kayaks, a canoe, and a paddleboard to use. We also have a tandem bike, adult bikes, and several small kid bikes. The kitchen appliances are all new including a toaster, air fryer, ice cream maker, George Foreman, waffle maker, and large Keurig supplied with a coffee bar. Guest access The entire house and play barn, except for a small closet, and a storage room attached to the porch containing my children's personal belongings. We are in the process of an addition, with another bathroom that should be available by the summer. Other things to note NO SMOKING NO DRUGS NO PARTIES- This is our home. If you want that please go to a home owned by a hedge fund not one owned by a teacher!!! Thanks so much in your interest in our home! My wife and I take great pride in having a very clean home with lots of amenities to make your trip as stress free as possible. We have lots of towels, beach chairs, games, and a cooler so you don't have to bring much. We provide toilet paper and paper towels. We do not want any parties, people making loud noises after 9 P.M. or making our neighbors upset. If that will be a problem please consider another property. Pets are welcome! Pets may not sleep in or on the beds. The floors and most of the furniture is new. We strive for you to have a wonderful stay and do our very best to provide a great home. Guests must alert us of any problems or concerns they may have within an hour of arriving so we can help fix it. We do our best to immediately fix any problems that may arise from technology, but refunds will not be given in case of technology problems. Refunds will not be given if the wifi goes offline.
