Nestled in the private community of Giants Neck Beach & overlooking Rocky Neck State Park & the Long Island Sound, this beautiful property boasts spectacular views w/private beach access, a hot tub & lots of amenities. The space Nestled in a comfy corner of the neighborhood and surrounded by trees, this 3-level house has the unique benefit of privacy. The property is deceptively large, with OUTDOOR, GARDEN and PATIO spaces both on the ground floor entry level as well as the lower levels. There is even a serene frog POND with a waterfall tucked into the edge of the woods alongside the driveway. The DRIVEWAY can easily fit 6 cars and is conveniently illuminated at night. A stone PATIO with seating and a wood burning FIRE-PIT welcome you at the front entrance which seamlessly connects to a large wrap-around DECK boasting spectacular views, a BBQ grill, two outdoor seating/dining areas and another propane fire-pit. Enter through the main door and you will be greeted by an open-plan LIVING/DINING ROOM and KITCHEN area surround by windows on all sides. A large granite kitchen ISLAND gently separates the space while keeping you part of the family action. 2 large BEDROOMS with Queen beds, a connected, full BATHROOM as well as another separate full bathroom (with a low profile BATHTUB perfect for children) are also located on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find a fully stocked LINEN closet, a guest BEDROOM with 2 Twin Trundle beds (which can double as a great OFFICE with the built-in desk) and the spacious primary bedroom. The PRIMARY BEDROOM features lots of CLOSET space, a large DRESSER, a QUEEN bed and seating area as well as a private PATIO that overlooks the beach. The connected BATHROOM boasts a soaking TUB and picture window, a beautifully tiled SHOWER and heated floors. On the LOWER LEVEL, there is another LIVING ROOM/DEN area that is perfect for letting your children or guests have a private place to play and hangout. Sliding doors lead to an outdoor, covered HOT TUB which can also be accessed from stairs via the deck. Here, you will also discover a private PATH that leads to some of our BEACHES as well a quick entryway to Rocky Neck State Park. Downstairs, you will also find another full BATHROOM and a LAUNDRY area, tucked behind closet doors. Venturing further at the lower level and you will come to the MULTI-PURPOSE room. This massive SUNROOM features a FULL/QUEEN pull-out COUCH, a FIREPLACE and BAR seating, an OFFICE area and plenty of room to exercise with the provided Yoga Mats and light Weights. ENJOY! Guest access You have access to the entire house and property. However, there are a couple of closets and one part of the basement that have been locked off Other things to note You have full access to all of our community's private beaches and amenities as well access to all that Rocky Neck State provides. For your convenience, there is a private path by the hot tub which leads to some of our private beaches as well as a quick entry to the state park. Otherwise, just follow the road at the end of the driveway to explore the community and all it has to offer. *The primary booking Guest must be at least 30 years of age. **Small pets may be permitted to stay on a case by case basis.
