Swallows' Rest is a quiet countryside escape just a short dander from the beach. Carefully rebuilt in 2024, this ex-milking barn is now a bright and homely place to relax among the birds and butterflies, just a 15 minute walk from the buzz of Donaghadee harbour with its cafes, shops, and pubs. Swallows' Rest is at the rear of an old farmyard behind our own house, which is off a quiet road. With views southward over fields & wildflower meadows toward the sea, it's is a fab spot to come & unwind The space One double room and one twin room downstairs, along with the bathroom (including shower and bath). Open plan upstairs with plenty of space for cooking dining and lounging. Guest access The barn is only for guest use. Outside the entrance door there is space for 2 cars to park, along with a grassy area to sit and eat/drink coffee. The main farmyard and garden around the main house are not for guest use. Other things to note No pets, no smoking.
