Enter into the hallway with space to hang your gear after a day at the beach! Decorated throughout in early 2024 to a high standard and featuring refreshed bathroom, new furniture, carpets and bed this is a lovely apartment for a short or long break. Off the hallway is a refreshed family bathroom with shower over and a spacious bedroom with comfy double bed, new carpets and smart tv and lots of storage. In the lounge diner you will find a fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, air-fryer and microwave plus plenty of cookware for family breaks. The dining area comfortably sits 4 at the circular table. The lounge area features a large TV (SMART) with large comfy sofa (sofa bed) which can be selected at checkout for use by a third & fourth guest. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required). We leave a few games for our guests to use. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts. The owners (Phil and Rita) look forward to welcoming you to their Puffin Pad Guest access You will have access to the whole property, parking (near or right next to the house), private patio / deck. Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a cot and high chair for the baby. We dontsupply bedding for the cot so thats the only thing you will need to remember! You get free use of the leisure pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Tennis is available for a small charge. The bay has many routes down to the beach and we supply you with information on this when you book via email. You can also book on any activities organised at The Bay for its guests (operated and charged by Away Resorts). Full information on how to book and the activities on offer are sent after booking.
