The nice "Villino Giardino di Mare" surrounded by lush vegetation, is situated in La Trane, near the charming Saint Stephen Church that stands on a hill overlooking Portoferraio bay and the Magazzini countryside. Our apartment is about 800 mt from the sea and only a few miles from Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro. The closest beach is the Magazzini beach, right in front of Elba’s main city: from there, you can enjoy the beautiful Portoferraio skyline. The space Apartment 2/3 pax: the property is accessed through a gate and you walk along a short stretch of road used exclusively by the owners of a nearby house and after about 50 meters you reach our cottage. The apartment, about 50 square meters, consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette (complete with 4 induction burners, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine) and a comfortable single sofa bed; a hallway with a small wardrobe; a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and slim washing machine. Outside, a large space equipped with table, chairs and umbrella is available to our guests. The accommodation is new, renovated and well furnished with taste and attention to detail. In the apartment you will find bed linen and towels, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, hairdryer and iron. The parking space is inside the property.
