This large, family home is in the pretty village of Mundesley, on the Norfolk coast. The property welcomes eight guests and is a great base for large families and groups of friends seeking a traditional seaside getaway. You’ll be less than 1 mile from a fantastic, sandy beach and there are some excellent family attractions nearby, including Amazona Zoo (7.5 miles) and the National Trust estates at Felbrigg and Blickling (both within 15 miles). The space Mundesley also boasts an 18-hole golf course for the more serious golfers or venture further afield for Amazona Zoo at Cromer (8 miles) and the National Trust’s Felbrigg and Blickling estates (10 and 13 miles respectively). Enjoy the nature reserve and bird watching at Cley (18 miles), whilst railway buffs can choose from the steam railway from Sheringham to Holt (11.5 miles) or the Bure Valley Railway from Aylsham to Wroxham. From the street, enter the property into the hallway, to your left is the living area. This is a spacious room with comfortable seating, a feature fireplace, and a Smart TV, a great place for relaxing and unwinding or for family and friends to come together. If you continue heading down the hallway you will find a small cloakroom to your left, the dining space, and then the kitchen. The kitchen is extremely well equipped to cook up a scrumptious meal for all, and the dining area is a wonderful social space. Heading up to the first floor you will find three of the bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms. All rooms are tastefully finished, spacious, and comfortable. You will also find the family bathroom on this floor. On the top floor of the property is the spacious master bedroom with its own en-suite shower facilities. Outside the property has its own private enclosed garden which can be accessed via a door before the dining area or alternatively the alleyway to the right-hand side of the house.
