Devon Belltents Beesands - Beryls Tent

Wake to lake and valley views from one of our two beautifully furnished 5m bell tents. Just a short walk or drive from Beesands beach, this is glamping where nature takes the lead. Swim, paddle or feast on fresh seafood by the sea, then return to toast marshmallows by your firepit as the sun sets over Start Bay. Perfectly placed to explore Devon’s wild coastline, quiet coves and salt-sprayed villages. The space Beryls is our special spot for 2. You’ll settle instantly and be relaxing under canvas or outside by the fire pit with a glass in your hand and enjoying the sun sinking over the picturesque valley. Beesands is a unique coastal location: great for swimming, snorkelling, coastal walks and fish and chips at Britania. Walk from the door and you can join the South West Coastal footpath at Beesands, allowing you to discover some of the hidden local coves along the coast. The tent comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay with a double bed, all bed linen and blankets and carefully selected items of furniture and abundant house plants for a home from home experience. Inside is also a seating area (although do feel free to move the chairs outside if you want to eat alfresco), kitchen equipment for cooking and eating your own meals, a trunk for clothes and a selection of teas and coffees. Guest access Beryls is all yours, and the space around it is shared by fellow guests staying at the cute Beryl's Campsite. Feel free to respectfully use the space around the tent and the fire pit provided. Other things to note The facilities block in the centre of the campsite, shared with other guests, has toilets and showers, along with washing up facilities. There is also another toilet block closer to the tents. The bell tents are designed to be an off- grid experience , with no WiFi or power, however there is mobile signal as well as battery powered lights, and a fire pit. If you don’t fancy cooking, there are a wonderful selection of high quality pubs and restaurants only a short distance away.
