The space The guesthouse has one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchenette, and living room featuring a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. There is a private patio and seating area exclusively for use by guests. Guest access The guesthouse is detached from the main house, with guests having a shared entrance with other guests accessible from the driveway. Guests have exclusive use of the entire guesthouse and the adjacent private patio. Other things to note Unit Access: This guesthouse has steps leading up to the entryway. Security: For your safety and peace of mind, there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the property, covering the perimeter. There are no cameras inside the unit or in any private guest areas. Location: The unit is conveniently located near the 101 freeway, offering quick access to many parts of the city. Please note that some light freeway noise may be heard during your stay. Monthly Inspections: For guests staying 30 days or longer, the owner conducts a monthly inspection to ensure everything remains in good condition and functioning properly. Guests will be asked to provide access to the guesthouse during these scheduled checks. Air Conditioner Settings: The A/C is programmed to automatically turn off at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM as an energy-saving measure. Feel free to turn it back on at any time if you’re still in the room.
