The master bedroom is ensuite with a balcony offering sea and coastal views. There are two delightfully decorated double bedrooms and a bunk room. All bedrooms are on the first floor. Downstairs offers wonderful living spaces with excellent access to the large outdoor terrace, which runs the length of the house. The kitchen-dinning area has a brand new, well-equipped kitchen with a hob, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and round dining table. The utility room is just off the kitchen and houses a washing machine, sink additional equipment and storage space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating with a large smart TV, books and games. Please be careful of children around the wood burner on the hot tub - never leave them unattended outside on the patio area. 3. Please strip all used beds and place in a pile with used towels. 4. Please only use the striped towels outside with the hot tub or at the beach.
