Double doors open into a dining/snug room which overlooks the courtyard garden and has a warming wood burner. On sunny days, open the French doors to the enclosed garden making the space even larger. The well-equipped kitchen leads off from the lounge and is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Completing the downstairs accommodation is a useful WC. Upstairs are two beautifully decorated bedrooms with apex ceilings and exposed beams. The master bedroom is a double and the second bedroom is a twin. There is a family bathroom which boasts a bath and a separate shower.
