20 km from the beaches of Arma di Taggia, a small accommodation with a double loft bed that is accessed via a staircase (not suitable for people who have walking disorders), a double sofa bed, accommodation that is only partially renovated but equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen, and new electric fryer. Electrical, gas, fireplace and flue systems with certifications The space The accommodation is for a maximum of two adult guests, possibly with two children who can sleep on the double sofa bed. The accommodation is equipped with a security door. At the entrance, there is a linear kitchen with a four-burner hob, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a table with 4 chairs. Continuing to the left, there is a small living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a TV connected to a satellite TV decoder and a satellite dish, a small wardrobe, and a coffee table. From the living room, you can access the double loft bed through a wrought iron staircase where we find a smart TV that can connect to the internet using the mobile hotspot. There is no Wi-Fi connection in the accommodation. From the living room, you can access a small balcony from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and mountains. In the bathroom, there is a small closet and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower stall, a bidet toilet, a towel warmer, and a hot/cold wall-mounted convector. Since the house has only been partially renovated, there are imperfections in some areas and the wear and tear of time is visible. At first glance, this may suggest dirt, but it is not the case. The house is cleaned and sanitized at each change of guest. For some people who are particularly demanding from an aesthetic point of view, the house may not be suitable. A carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher are present in the accommodation as required by current legislation. The accommodation is in the red house above the parking spaces. Other things to note For safety reasons, the wood-burning fireplace cannot be used by guests, so the accommodation is not currently equipped with heating except for the bathroom, where there is an electric convector. In the cold season, blankets and duvets are provided by the property. An induction hob is available for guests to cook or heat food using electricity as an alternative to the gas hob in the house.
