GUESTH4U PÓVOA FAMILY & BEACH is a modern flat & decoration, located in the heart of the famous seaside resort Póvoa de Varzim, Praça João 23, by the sea, with two bright terraces. GUESTH4U POVOA FAMILY & BEACH has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen that opens to a bright terrace and a living room with access to a balcony. We can accommodate up to 7 people (children and baby included). The space GUESTH4U PÓVOA FAMILY & BEACH is located on the 5th floor by the left with lift. GUESTH4U PÓVOA FAMILY & BEACH is a flat with 100m². You will have access to 1 spacious bedroom with a King Size Bed (160*200), two bedrooms with 2 single beds each (90*200) and 2 bathrooms: one with a shower and the second with a bath, sink and toilet. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa, convertible into a sofa bed which allows us to host up to 7 people in the flat. The TV has direct access to 150 channels and high speed wifi. The kitchen is on the back over the second terrace, a great space bright & quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. In the apartment, you will have 2 terraces, one facing the plaza and a closed one facing the back. The flat's bed linen will be at your disposal. Guest access You will have access to the whole flat. Ideal for 7 people maximum, baby and children included. Located on the 5TH floor of a building with lift. Other things to note Important information before booking This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge. Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Mandatory city tax: A city tax of 1.50€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. Access, parking & check-in Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All check-ins after 7:00 PM (19:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees: • 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€ • 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€ • 10:00 PM–11:00 PM: 50€ • After 11:00 PM: from 50€ Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM. A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 10€ per day, located approximately 1 minute on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding. Services & extras For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
