I have taken ownership and responsibility for it for a decade; since spring 2023, the house has offered two holiday apartments for those seeking relaxation who value the harmony of people and nature. Pure relaxation or activity of body and mind – whatever you prefer. Located in the heart of Northwest Mecklenburg and also in the immediate hinterland of the Baltic Sea, our corner of the world is characterized by the down-to-earth nature of its people and the richness of its nature. Here, you can truly breathe freely while hiking through fields, meadows, and forests, linger by streams, hills, and ponds, and observe intact flora and fauna. Venerable Hanseatic and residential cities such as Wismar (8 km), Rostock (55 km), and Schwerin (35 km) frame this landscape, which gently slopes towards the Baltic Sea. Popular Baltic Sea resorts such as the island of Poel, Kühlungsborn, Rerik, and Boltenhagen can be reached in half an hour by car. Two holiday apartments of equal size and amenities are available, and will be ready for occupancy in spring 2023. Each apartment is 51 square meters in size, designed for two people, and features a common living area with a dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a modern, open-plan kitchen. TV, Wi-Fi, a stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, etc. are naturally available. Sufficient dishes and glasses, as well as a basic supply of tea and ingredients for cooking and baking, are provided. Please understand that pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. A small hobby room with a table tennis table is available for your use.
