The three bedrooms – one with a double bed, one available as a double or twin bed, and another with a double sofa bed – face different directions: the lake, Porta Fiorentina, and the historic center. Two bathrooms — a main bathroom with a shower and a second, smaller guest bathroom, equipped with a sink, toilet, and bidet. Air conditioning in every room and independent heating. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment: living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the private garden. There are no spaces shared with other tenants. The apartment is located within a historic building with its own courtyard, fully respecting the tranquility and lifestyle of the village. Parking is not included at the property, but is available on the street in the immediate vicinity: by car, you can drive right up to Porta Fiorentina, between Via XXV Aprile and Viale del Belvedere, and the apartment is located just inside the gate. Parking is paid during the day and free in the evening and at night. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible via stairs, with no elevator. Linens and towels are included.
