River St House historical stay

Welcome to River St. House. 1500 sq. ft of charm in a 125 year old restored Montpelier mansion (now a double townhouse). Not your typical VT DIY. 1 mile from downtown Montpelier, 1 blk to bike trail, 1/2 mile to co-op & dining/cocktails (in summer), walk to 2 dispensaries & 1/2 block to Winooski River. Chill on the 125 yr old front porch or stroll to town. Big kitchen? We have that too. 30 minutes to Ski resorts, there's a 40ft back patio for your skis (bikes, kayaks & sports gear too)! The space We are so proud of how well this little mansion has come back to life. We saved many vintage items and hope you enjoy looking for weird stuff. First floor has a large LR, DR and kitchen. Second floor has three medium sized bedrooms and a full bath (Shower only, but you are welcome to fill the tub and soak). The back of the building has a 40 ft lockable porch for your shoes and sports equipment. This is a common area with the neighbor. There's a coat closet and shoe caddy for you out there as well. Parking is either in the driveway in front of the garage behind the house or there's one in front of the back porch door. Guest access You have full access to the 1st and 2nd floors, back porch and front deck. After you enjoy the front porch, please be sure to lock the front door from the inside. These are 125 year old doors with skeleton keys, so we do not use them for coming and going. The attic and basement are off limits as they are not renovated. Other things to note If you need to reset the wifi, it is in the back patio. Just unplug for 15 seconds.
