My place is near art and culture and beautiful landscapes. Super location, spacious apartment and good value for money. My place is good for professionals, students over 20, and business travelers. This listing is for a BOY who works or studies. The residents are professionals or have a Master's/Doctorate. We have between 1 and 4 residents in this apartment, ideal for monthly stays. There are no fans in the rooms but you can bring your own, 110V. The space This listing is for a bedroom with an attached bathroom, for a man, and short-term or monthly rental, with a private bathroom. The apartment is spacious, furnished and equipped, bright and airy. There is an open-plan, equipped and furnished kitchen. The location is quiet and close to many cultural centers, movie theaters, etc. There is ample public transportation in the area. There's a bike rack right in front of the building. This room has a single bed, table with chair and wardrobe. There's plenty of room for everyone in the apartment. The building is modest, safe and where many families live. We are looking for a non-smoking, reasonably organized and humorous guest. We don't have pets. Accessed via stairway. The monthly amount includes rent, condominium, property tax, water, electricity, biweekly cleaning, equipped American kitchen (no frying because there is no exhaust fan) and washing machine. Broadband internet is organized by the residents, who split the cost. Paid parking is available at a nearby hotel. There is a $30 bedding fee included in the fees in this listing, which, if you bring your own, can be deducted if you let me know BEFORE booking, so I can adjust the amount. One of the residents has a good internet connection and shares it with other residents for the cost. This rental does not offer internet as our guests have been using their own. Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays are not allowed. The house is ready! Just bring your bags, your computer, and your story to share with us. Reservations will be accepted in the order of booking confirmation and payment confirmation. Guest access Access to the entire apartment.
