NO DOGS unless service dogs which can be negotiated. An additional cleaning fee of 150$ on top of the 150$ regular cleaning fee. The additional cleaning fee is negotiable and can be returned.There is also an additional pet deposit fee of 300$. We can negotiate this fee also. The pet deposit will need to be collected by Airbnb and returned from Airbnb after inspection of home, providing nothing is damaged or scratched etc. We have a propane grill but you are responsible to buy your own propane.
