The space Kitchen/Dining: Self-catering made easy in a spacious open plan design with all modern appliances, large Fridge/Freezer and roomy work top island. Enjoy the garden view through large glass double doors while seated at the wooden extendable table seating 6-8. Family Room: Relax on 3 comfy sofa's in front of the 55" Smart TV or stay connected using uber fast Starlink Wi-Fi. An HP Wireless printer is also available for use. One Sofa converts to a double bed for an extra 2 people - please let us know in advance if this is required so additional bedding, linens and towels can be provided (additional p/person fee applies). Bedroom 1: The master bedroom comes with a king bed, sliding door wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom with rainfall shower, lighted mirror and heated towel rails. Bedroom 2: This cosy bedroom offers a double bed with desk, chair, mirrored wardrobe and wall mounted cubic storage. Bedroom 3: In this light and airy room you'll find a double bed, desk, chair and built in closet where the travel cot and mattress are stored. You'll need to provide your own linens/blanket for the cot. Family Bathroom: This roomy bathroom comes equipped with rainfall shower/tub lighted mirrors and heated towel rail. Garden/Patio The split level rear garden is fully enclosed and pet friendly. Enjoy al-fresco dining at the table for 6-8, or play boules on the upper lawn. A BBQ is situated on the patio along with a wall mounted 25m hose for washing off beach sand while the 18m washing line provides ample drying space after a day at the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house/garden/ driveway with the exception of the owners shed and upper landing wardrobe and loft.
