Inland, families will find a wide range of famous attractions to discover, including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Tregrehan Garden, all within 7 miles. Entering this bright and engaging retreat, there’s a stylishly furnished games room with comfortable sofas and a selection of board games. Exploring further, a cheerful snug with a sofa bed provides a cosy spot to snuggle up with a good book. At the heart of the house is the spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with light streaming in from the patio doors and the overhead skylight. The lounge has a Smart TV and ample seating and is situated next to the central dining table perfect for sociable family meals. There’s a breakfast bar over by the sleek and beautifully equipped kitchen. The ground floor also features a handy utility room and a useful shower room. Heading upstairs you will find four light, airy and colourful bedrooms. To the front of the house, there are two lovely double rooms. The two remaining rooms, another cheerful double and a pretty twin room (with the option to be made up as a super-king bed) both overlook the back garden and offer distant views towards the sea. The property is rounded off with a smart main bathroom. Heading outside, the raised and paved terrace has ample outdoor furniture providing a lovely space for everyone to sit out and relax in the sun as you dine alfresco or enjoy a drink in the evening.
