During your stay The live-in hosts (husband and wife) are readily available to provide the best possible stay experience for their guests. They are staying downstairs leaving the upper level with absolute privacy for stay-in guests. Other things to note - The property is strictly a non-smoking/vape/drug premise. - Pets are not allowed in premise - No non-staying guests allowed in the premise - Noise level to be kept to a minimal after 10pm - Exercise machines can only be used at stipulated hours to ensure noise level kept to a minimum - No shoes/slippers in the house/room - Cooking facilities not available. You will be staying in the middle bedroom (1 person) on the upper level of a 2-storey property opposite a linear park within a gated & guarded community. Quiet environment. We provide a common area where board games, reading materials and exercise machines are at your disposal. A shopping Mall just a 10 minutes stroll away.
