Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: (1) Rental Hosts require mandatory completion of a registration form outside of Airbnb for all guests after the reservation is closed; (2) parties and social events (mainly at night) are not allowed in the accommodations; only registered guests can circulate in the property; (3) observe silence from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; (4) smoking and/or using illicit drugs inside and outside the accommodations is prohibited; (5) Pets are welcome upon payment of a one-time fee of R$120.00 per pet; charged after confirmation of the reservation.; (6) for check-in after 10:00 p.m.; there is an additional convenience fee of R$80 until 11:30 p.m. and R$120 after 11:30 p.m.; it is necessary to consult the Host's availability in advance.
