A homely one bedroom flat with its own entrance in a beautiful rural setting in the Suffolk. The property enjoys great views & is warm and cosy. It has its own bedroom with TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and lounge. Guests can also enjoy the large garden and gym. It has secure gated parking on site, is 5 miles east of the historic market town Bury St. Edmunds, 20 mins to Newmarket 45 mins to Cambridge and 30 mins to Ipswich. It is close to Blackthorpe barn, a popular events venue. The space This is a single bedroom flat, having its own entrance and set away from the main property giving complete privacy. The flat has its own bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchenette and lounge. It is well equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. TV with Netflix in both the lounge and TV in bedroom. Gated access ensures secure on-site parking. Parking is available for one only car in a designated parking space. Guests have access to the large garden and small on site gym. Guest access The property is accessed via a private driveway which is gated and has parking availability for 1 vehicle. The annexe has its own private entrance and is set away from the main property ensuring total privacy . Other things to note We provide tea, coffee, milk and basic condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar . For longer stays we offer a midweek clean / change of bedlinen and towels. We are very flexible and are open to early check in / late check out most of the time - mostly dependent on further bookings. It is also possible to leave a car parked on the driveway before check in if it suits. Car enthusiasts would have noticed a TR6 in the pictures. If Stephen is about, the car is going, and the weather is good there may be the opportunity for a spin.
