The ground-floor apartment is original to the house, tucked away on a secret Los Feliz street with its own private entrance. All amenities of a hotel room. Fully furnished. This retreat in the city has a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, complimentary drip coffee and tea, a dining area, and a bath with shower and whole house water filtration. There is one main room where there are two beds, a double and a single, both of which have been custom-designed to double as a couch during the day. A place to work —WiFi, Netflix, Apple TV, and Cable—writers retreat, editing suite, or a place for you or a loved one to land. Clean sheets and towels are provided every 2 weeks. Very quiet and comfortable space. Great neighborhood for walking and biking. Guest access You'll have your own private apartment below the main house where we live. Walk to the end of our street for a morning hike through a private entrance to Griffith Park. We can accommodate longer stays so ask! We only rent to guests with positive ratings and reviews. Other things to note We also wanted to let you know that we installed a UV light in the air conditioning/heating ductwork which destroys microbes like mold, bacteria, fungi, mildew, mold spores, and viruses.
