The space The Property The property with boarded floors is unique and luxurious and is a bright and airy space. It is a classic and we hope you will enjoy the cosy appeal. Open the living room windows and you can enjoy the crisp breeze most seasons. You will have high speed internet, a writing desk with drawers and a chair should you wish to work from home. There's a bookshelf with some books to browse in the living room and some board games to unwind with. (WiFi supply is 30GB per month per booking. If you need more it can be topped up at standard fees.) All rooms have large wardrobes. There are bedside tables, plug points, reading lamps and bedside rugs in all rooms. All rooms have balconies and potted plants to bring freshness into your room and sooth your senses. There is a separate laundry room with iron and extra storage space in this room to store your luggage. A laundry washing machine and a dishwasher are available in the apartment. We supply only a starter pack of laundry detergent for each stay. Clothes drying is on drying racks. We have sustainability practices in place and request that you uphold same. House Rules Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know. Complimentary Toiletries We provide complimentary washroom toiletry kits to start off your stay. This complimentary kit cannot be replenished or restocked. We supply one toiletry kit per bathroom per stay and not per guest staying. Long Stays We accommodate long stays of 21 nights or more. However, any stays at this length or more will incur an additional mid-stay clean, quoted charges apply. This clean will include a full house clean and change of linen. Linen change We do not offer a linen change for short stays of less than one week. Fresh linen will be delivered to you on your 7th day. You must hand over the used linen to the linen delivery staff to collect fresh linen. Postage For security purposes please do not post your mail or have packages delivered to the property Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment and it is not a shared space. However common areas in the condominium like the gym, pool the lobby and rooftop are shared and should be used with respect to other owners. Booking methods Families booking are requested to book for the number of guests staying and not as one guest. *A booking for one guest will be for a single room with study table and attached bathroom. Only one guest can stay. ** A booking for two guests can be either the master bedroom with ensuite or two single rooms with shared bathroom. **** A booking for four guests will give three bedrooms including the double master bedroom (ensuite) and two single rooms with a shared bathroom. We host only one family at a time, so the entire unit is yours irrespective of the number of rooms booked. Other things to note When leaving please leave the key in the lockbox, locked with the same combination given to you.
