Situated by the beautiful Clyde Valley, Marshill Farmhouse offers a large, character building with plenty of communal areas, the ideal getaway space for families or friends. Standing remotely from the working farm, Marshill provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy the outdoor gardens, dining areas and hot tub. With panoramic views, and greenery for miles, it’s hard to believe you’re only a 25 minute drive from Glasgow. The space There are 4 bedrooms in Marshill: 2 double, 2 can be double or twin. 1 room has en-suite toilet and shower. There is a comfortable sofa bed in one of the living spaces. There are 3 communal living spaces in the house. 1 large reception lounge with log fire. 1 comfortable tv room and a sunroom with magnificent views. (The sofa bed is located in the sunroom). There is a large farmhouse kitchen with dining space, a separate dining room and outside dining area. There are 2 communal bathrooms on the ground floor as well as the en-suite bedroom. There is a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath on the upstairs floor. You have access to a large, private garden with hot tub, outside eating area and the front lawn which is ideal for children. Other things to note Dogs are welcome at Marshill Farmhouse. However, they must be kept under control around farm animals. Thanks
