Sunset Villas is a small lodge located on the quaint island of Conch Key (MM 63, between Marathon & Islamorada). This listing is for our 1-bedroom, OPEN WATERFRONT suite with full kitchen. Includes one assigned parking space, boat trailer parking, use of our on-site Boat Ramp, Dockage for a boat 25' or less, use of two bikes & use of our two person kayak. Registered guests only. Sunset Villas On Conch Key - A Place for the Chosen View! The space This listing is for our 1-bedroom (700 square feet) suite and has a King size bed as well as a pull-out futon. There is also a spacious living & dining area and a full size kitchen. We know you will be very happy with the size and quality of our accommodations. This listing also includes dockage for a 25' or less boat and use of our on-site boat ramp. Guest access We provide our guests with numerous comfortable outdoor eating and sitting areas including a cooking/gas grill area, a two person hammock, a tree top deck and a sun deck. There is also two bicycles for touring the island and fishing bridge as well as a two person ocean kayak available for guests to use free of charge! We have swim ladders from our docks for snorkeling and swimming in the clear waters that surround our location. Other things to note Regulatory Note: Sunset Villas is a lawfully established and permitted (formerly Harry's Fishing Lodge, est. 1960) transient public lodging establishment that is licensed and inspected by the State of Florida. We meet or exceed all State of Florida requirements under Chapter 509 of the Florida Statutes, including but not limited to, life safety, fire safety, sanitation and waste management. Our property also provides 24 hour on-site management, and has an absolute maximum occupancy of 2 people per bedroom.
