Go explore the beauty of Lake Michigan as close as 15 minutes away or stay and play at our waterfront all day! The space About this space Feel like you've stepped back in time in our Curvy midcentury cabin (you have to see the curved walls for yourself)! Perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or kayak, fish off the dock or rent a boat and connect to our slip, we are steps away from the lake with our very accessible, ranch 1 level water front cabin. Play games, unplug, read a book and snooze if the weather turns rainy in our 650 sq foot screened in porch! Reconnect and create lifelong memories at our unique and family-friendly place. The Area This Curvy Midcentury Cabin waterfront is located on a quiet end of Paw Paw Lake. Paw Paw Lake is situated 2 hours from the suburbs of Chicago in SW Michigan. It is 18. min from South Haven beach, or 18 min from St. Joe's Beach and Silver Beach. There are blueberry picking patches , wineries and more. So many fun day trips to explore! Such a fun, unique "boat house" feel with curved exterior walls and so close to the waterfront. This 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin is full of character and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. The long screened in porch along the steps to water is the highlight of the space, day or night with cozy night seating or early morning coffee seating, pop a shot bball game and more! Inside you'll find a generously spaced master bedroom with a queen -size bed, another bedroom featuring a twin bed that can be made up as king bed (we will have set up ahead) lthird bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds that is fun for 3 with a hang out seating area (or seating area can transform into 4th bunk) and a pull-out futon in the main living area. Plenty of room to accommodate weary vacationers to rest after a day of water fun and adventures. The stocked kitchen is set up with everything you need to prepare easy meals at home. Eat at our extra long table inside, the table in the screened in porch or at the dining table outside watching the swans and eagles as you dine al fresco. Our private pier does harbor our boat (not for use) but you can bring your own boat or rent one (see link attached for local rentals) and attach to our pier. We have lounge chairs, umbrella, kayaks and paddle board and canoe for use as well as other water toys for your enjoyment. The Curvy Midcentury is a unique waterfront escape where you can reconnect and enjoy the slow pace of nature, play old school board games or watch dvd videos. For a vacation full of memories, this Airbnb is your ideal rental. Guest access Check-in anytime after 3pm with a door code. Checkout is 10 am. Early arrival or late leave may be available depending on schedules. Just send us a message. Guest access We will have a few closets locked with our private items otherwise the rest of cabin and screen porch are for you to use. The garage is not available. Please be respectful of our kind neighbors who live close by. Other things to note People who have allergies- We have our own pets who visit occasionally with us . The cabin is diligently cleaned so no evidence of pets. We do NOT accept pets at this time. We live on a quiet part of the lake. No parties or unexpected visitors. Quiet hours are 10:30 pm- 8 am- Please be respectful of our very kind neighbors. Absolutely No smoking, drugs, weapons, or fireworks on our property, dock, screen porch, driveway/garage. You will be fined 500$ or more if cigarette smoke or evidence of party on property. We have a son with a rare health condition and appreciate if shoes stay by the front doors please. Thank you
