The space In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 5 minutes from a highway exit, come and stay in this beautiful 18th century mill on the waterfront (children under adult supervision). You will enjoy the bucolic setting in a quiet and green environment as well as the refined interior decoration combining the character of the old and modernity. You will stay in an eco-friendly cottage (local and recycled materials, very good sound and thermal insulation). Provision of 2 horse boxes upon reservation with the owners. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with TV and library, a dining room with fireplace adjoining a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with sink. On the 1st floor you will find a games room (television, books, games, toys), 2 double bedrooms (160 x 200) and a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 that can be offered as a double bed). On the 2nd floor, you will discover a double bedroom (160 x 200), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200 that can be offered as a double bed + extra bed for children or teenagers) and a suite consisting of a private living room and a bedroom (160 x 200). Each room has its own private bathroom: showers, sinks, toilet. Outside, you will enjoy the garden furniture and relaxation area, barbecue, deckchairs. Pétanque and darts. Aromatic garden with free access. Parking access in the property and in front of the house. Beds made, towels and linen provided. All charges included (heating, wood, cleaning).
